Whipped coffee or “Dalgona Coffee” as its known, is a coffee drink made by whipping instant coffee, sugar, and water together. Top the whipped creaminess over hot or iced milk. I use 1/2 & 1/2 and serve it iced! It takes a little while but it’s worth it. To me it almost tastes like a coffee frappe (milkshake if you’re not from New England;) Let’s get started!
